Thomas L. Allen

Thomas Allen has practiced law in the city of Lancaster for 37 years. He’s served on city council, been a director of the Chamber of Commerce, and was a member of the political action committee TIGER that exposed financial irregularities in LISD, leading to a Texas Education Agency conservatorship.
