After conservative journalist Andy Ngo was violently attacked by liberal protestors, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is speaking out and demanding those involved be held accountable.

On Saturday as Ngo was covering a protest in Portland, Oregon, by the far left-wing ANTIFA group, he was attacked by some participating in the protest. According his account, Ngo was struck multiple times in the back of the head by protestors, as they threw a “milkshake” containing concrete in his face and stole his camera.

Now, Cruz is publicly demanding those responsible for the attack on Ngo and others be held accountable.

First, Cruz took on the liberal mainstream media who had all but ignored the event, telling them “don’t cover this up, don’t ignore it.”

He then directed his missives to law enforcement, encouraging them to “find & prosecute these violent felons.”

Cruz saved his sharpest jabs for last, however, as he turned to Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler, who had so far been silent on the violent behavior that had happened on his streets.

With liberal leadership continuing to dominate large cities across America, it will no doubt be a long time until those that allow attacks such as those that happened in Portland are held accountable.
