In advance of the 2014 local elections in May, Texans For Fiscal Responsibility today endorsed David Koch in his bid for Mayor of Farmer’s Branch.

Ross Kecseg, the TFR Metroplex office director, commended Koch.

“Mr. Koch has made prudent, well-reasoned decisions in his efforts on the council to revitalize economic development, without overburdening taxpayers”, said Kecseg. “By reprioritizing spending, reducing non-vital staff, outsourcing services and reducing looming pension obligations, the city is on sound footing to continue providing quality services to residents. New developers have brought commercial activity to the area, without the city falling prey to wasteful public-private partnership schemes. David’s bold pragmatism should give taxpayers confidence he will faithfully serve as the next Mayor of Farmer’s Branch.”
