No. 35 senior Xzavier Campbell of the University of Nevada Las Vegas Rebels is a 5-foot-11, 225-pound running back from Bellaire, Texas.

The school called him a “nice-sized, tough runner” who logged 1,000 yards rushing “despite having started only one game in his career.” As a player in each of the 2017 season’s 12 games, he had several highlights. Against the Air Force team, he made a touchdown rushing for 27 yards and had “a season high 17 rushes for 81 yards,” winning against Idaho.

Overall, he made seven touchdowns and rushed 1,226 yards during his four-year tenure with the Rebels.

His high-school coach Trey Sissom led him to win letters his freshman through senior years, with the additional honor of first-team all-district during 11th and 12th grades. He “rushed for 1,038 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior…. Also competed on the track team for one year.”

A Bellaire, Texas native, Campbell is majoring in hospitality management.
