Sarah Konstans is a Dallas native who is now also a freshman player on the Davidson Wildcats women’s basketball team.

Of her high school accolades, a standout is her nomination as one of the players for the 2018 McDonald’s All-American Games. At Trinity High School, she was a starter all four years and holds several school records: No. 1 in scoring and free throws made, second place in assists and rebounds, and No. 3 in three-point plays made.

Her biggest honor occurred just over a year ago, when the high-school senior single-handedly scored 41 points when her team faced Dallas Bishop Dunne. That figure is her personal best and a school record.

A string of other awards rounds out her player stats: Dallas Morning News Player of the Week in January 2018; MVP and Co-MVP in 2016-17 and 2014-15, respectively; First Team All-District for three seasons (2015-18); Second Team All-State for three seasons; and Academic All-State for two seasons (2016-18).
