As a redshirt junior, Tristen Wallace is doing his hometown of Desoto proud with his performance as a Prairie View Panther.

After a year as a redshirt freshman for the University of Oregon, Wallace transferred to Trinity Valley Community College. According to his college bio, he caught 29 passes for 474 yards and scored eight touchdowns. Last year as a Panther, he starred in nine games, logging 31 interceptions and three touchdowns with 534 yards.

The son of Rodney and Ioleta Wallace, Tristen said in his bio his father taught him to play football, and his heroes are Lebron James and Julio Jones. Off the field, he enjoys tacos, the rap music of Gunna and says his dream job would be an NFL coach or player.
