After the Texas A&M University regents banned on-campus drag shows, a federal judge temporarily blocked the ban—allowing “Draggieland” to proceed as planned.
Harrison said that he will advocate for ending all UT Austin state funding unless the school terminates the department.
The non-profit provides LGBT “services” to children as young as seven.
The judge ruled that demeaning and inappropriate content is subjective.
The event will be open to children.
Texas sued the Biden administration over the rule last year.
Just last month, the Texas A&M University System Board of Regents passed a similar ban.
