A state lawmaker warns that Texans may be forced to become an organ donor without consent.


Texas has become the fifth state to make ivermectin available over the counter. 


The lawsuit accuses the Federation of State Medical Boards, along with several state medical boards, of violating physicians’ First Amendment rights....

A measure that would have allowed ivermectin to be sold over-the-counter died without a House floor vote during the regular legislative session. 



The measure is currently on its way to the governor’s desk. 


Ivermectin gained widespread attention as a treatment for COVID-19.

Critics worry it will turn the state into “the de facto marketing arm of Merck.”

Senate Bill 95 allows for civil liability if a healthcare provider administers a vaccine without obtaining informed consent.
