A federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order against the Biden administration, for cutting concertina wire placed by Texas to curb the flow of illegal aliens.
Texas has placed the wire along the shore of the Rio Grande as a deterrent against illegal crossings.
All filed legislation is now eligible for debate and votes.
The proposal, a priority of Lt. Gov. Patrick, would ensure the state's universities are overseen by the duly appointed regents and not faculty senates.
