Cynthia is a recently retired Texas teacher, who was certified to teach U.S. History and English Language Arts. Cynthia loves this country, so several years ago created a Civics website (USCIvicsGuide.com) to help students and the general public understand their American system under the U.S. Constitution. In retirement, she plans to create Civics and U.S. History lesson plans for public, private and homeschool students.
