Biography

Green attended Florida A&M University and the Tuskegee Institute of Technology. He went on to earn his J.D. from Texas Southern University. Green worked in private practice prior to being elected Justice of the Peace for Precinct 7, Position 2. He entered Congress on January 4, 2005.
