J.M. Lozano is a Restauranteur from Kingsville, Texas. He earned his BA Degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin and his MA from the University of the Incarnate Word. He lives in Kingsville with his wife, Abby, and their two children. Representative Lozano has served in the Texas House of Representatives since 2011.
