Biography

Lizzie Pannill Fletcher was born and lives in Houston, Texas. She graduated from St. John's School. She earned a bachelor's degree in history from Kenyon College and a J.D. from William & Mary Law School. Fletcher’s career experience includes working as a lawyer. She co-founded Planned Parenthood Young Leaders in 2000. Fletcher serves as a board member of Writers in the Schools and Open Dance Project. She entered Congress on January 3, 2019.
