Representative Martinez Fischer is an Attorney from San Antonio, Texas. He earned his BA Degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, he MPA from Baruch College of Public Affairs and his JD from the University of Texas at Austin. He is married to a fellow San Antonio Attorney Elizabeth Provencio. Representative Martinez Fischer has served in the Texas House of Representatives since 2001.
