Former President Donald Trump has announced plans for a new compensation program for victims of violence by illegal aliens.

The GOP presidential nominee made the announcement during a Tuesday speech at his Mar-A-Lago residence in Palm Beach, Florida.

“We will be seizing the assets of the criminal gangs and drug cartels,” Trump said. “And we will use those assets to create a compensation fund to provide restitution for the victims of migrant crime, and the government will help with restoration.”

Texas continues to be plagued by illegal alien crime. Earlier this month, 29-year-old Grayson Davis was killed in a vehicular collision caused by an illegal alien who is accused of driving while intoxicated.

In Houston, two illegal aliens named Franklin Pena, 26, and Johan Jose Martinez Rangle, 22, face charges for the rape and murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray.

Jocelyn was reportedly lured under a bridge after she snuck out of her house late at night. She was stripped and assaulted for two hours before her body was dumped in a bayou.

Her mother, Alexis Nungaray, recently spoke at Trump’s rally in Austin. She asserted that her daughter is no longer alive due to the Biden-Harris administration’s open-border policies.

“They made her a target … and now I will forever be a grieving mother, and my son will forever be a grieving brother who will no longer get to grow up with his sister,” Nungaray said.

U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz posted on X that both Kamala Harris and Cruz’ Democrat challenger, Colin Allred, owe Alexis Nungaray an apology.

“How hard would it be for them to just pick up the phone?” he said. “The way they have treated this grieving mother is beyond disqualifying. They do not have the character necessary to lead our country.”
