One of the strongest voices for fiscal conservativism, and commonsense governance, is Steve Moore. He founded the Club for Growth, and now serves as senior economics writer at the Wall Street Journal, and a writer on the vaunted editorial page. He’s truly a one-man think tank, and someone I’m honored to call a friend and ally. We chatted recently about the Democratic presidential politics and Texas’ future. Michael Quinn Sullivan

Michael Quinn Sullivan is the publisher of Texas Scorecard. He is a native Texan, a graduate of Texas A&M, and an Eagle Scout. Previously, he has worked as a newspaper reporter, magazine contributor, Capitol Hill staffer, and think tank vice president. Michael and his wife have three adult children and two sons-in-law. Michael is the author of three books, including "Reflections on Life and Liberty."
