Rockport-Fulton ISD Scandal

Josh Nguyen faces four felony charges and a civil lawsuit over his alleged sexual relations with a Rockport-Fulton ISD student.

Joshua Nguyen’s twin brothers are also named in the lawsuit, along with his maritime program called Texas Coastal Academy and the school district.
