Ted Cruz came out on top of the Sept. 16 CNN GOP debate, according to an online survey conducted by Empower Texans.

Of 3,203 respondents, Ted Cruz was declared the “winner” by 32 percent of the respondents. A close second went to Donald Trump, with 30 percent. Rounding out the top-three in the survey was Carly Fiorina with 16 percent.

Empower Texans has not endorsed in the GOP presidential primary.
