MAGA and MAHA. The two concepts are now and forever inextricably interlinked.
This inseparable alliance to make America both great and healthy again was formed shortly after the assassination attempt on President Donald J. Trump, when independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. suspended his campaign and endorsed the eventual winner. Throughout the remaining months of election season, Kennedy campaigned tirelessly alongside Trump and emphatically encouraged his supporters to vote for the Republican nominee. Trump, in turn, promised to appoint Kennedy to an influential position within his administration, ultimately nominating Kennedy as Secretary of Health and Human Services.
With full knowledge of this highly public collaboration, voters nationwide delivered a resounding victory for President Trump. Specifically, Trump won Texas by over 1.5 million votes, trouncing his opponent, Kamala Harris, by nearly 14 points. His performance far exceeded those of his 2020 (+5.58) and 2016 (+8.99) campaigns, highlighting his rising popularity and resonance with Texas voters. Given polling realities before Kennedy’s exodus from the 2024 election, much of Trump’s success is attributed to the ideas and policy proposals of RFK Jr.
Those ideas, pertinent to the Make America Healthy Again movement, include the magnification of vaccine choice. Robert Kennedy Jr. has an extensive history of highlighting the suppressed safety data for vaccines and the unregulated immunity granted to Big Pharma companies, which face little, if any, retribution for damages inflicted by their products. Kennedy’s focus on “good science,” preventative rather than prescriptive medicine, and holding pharmaceutical companies accountable is gaining tremendous popularity among the people of Texas.
Simply put, the people of Texas demanded Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s Senate confirmation for HHS Secretary. Despite the lies, slander, and accusations levied against Kennedy by the mainstream media and Big Pharma elites, Texans overwhelmingly support him and his mission to make America healthy again. Furthermore, Texas voters delivered an unprecedented mandate for President Donald Trump to deliver on all of his campaign promises, including administrative nominations, and for Texas Senators to assist in facilitating these picks.
For that reason, Senators Ted Cruz and John Cornyn must abide by the will of their constituents who intensively support the Trump administration and its nominees, including Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Our elected officials must remain loyal to the voters, not their Democrat colleagues or mainstream media propaganda. The people of Texas want to make America healthy again, hold Big Pharma accountable, address chronic disease, and make their own decisions on vaccines.
Since COVID, career politicians have lost the trust of their voters thanks to tyrannical lockdowns and mandates based on flawed science. Americans have witnessed devastating injuries caused by forced vaccines from both government and private entities. They demand accountability and choice; Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s confirmation would constitute a meaningful first step toward this desire.
Ted Cruz and John Cornyn must not sabotage the mandate given to them by the people they represent.
