Biography
A product of El Paso public schools, César Blanco followed in a long family tradition serving his country in uniform.
After fulfilling his commitment to the Navy, César earned his degree at UTEP with the help of the G.I. Bill. César’s second career in public service started off by helping veterans receive their rightfully earned benefits working as a Caseworker and Field Representative for Congressman Silvestre Reyes.
He went on to work as Chief of Staff for two El Paso area Congressmen, Pete Gallego and Ciro Rodriguez, as well as serve as a Congressional Relations Officer for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
