Biography

Donna Howard is a native of Austin, Texas. She earned a BS Degree in Nursing and a MA in Health Education from the University of Texas at Austin. Representative Howard previously served on the Eanes ISD board in West Austin. She and her husband, Derek, have three children. Representative Howard has served in the Texas House of Representatives since 2006.
