Newly released numbers show that more than 1.4 million foreign nationals entered the United States between January 2023 and November 2024 through two Biden administration programs.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection released its monthly update for November 2024, which showed 1,436,000 aliens have entered the U.S. using the CBP One app and the CHNV (Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela) Parole Program.
According to the numbers, between January 2023 and the end of November 2024, 904,500 individuals scheduled appointments through CBP One—a mobile application that allows illegal aliens from all over the world to set up appointments for their border crossings at ports of entry.
Venezuelans, Cubans, and Mexicans were the top nationalities to use the app.
Illegal aliens also used the CHNV Parole Program, which allows 30,000 nationals per month from the four target countries to fly to the U.S. and remain in the country for up to two years “for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.”
More than 531,000 Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan, and Venezuelan nationals entered the country from January 2023 through the end of November. In total, 110,240 Cuban, 211,040 Haitian, 93,080 Nicaraguan, and 117,320 Venezuelan nationals were granted parole into the U.S.
Former Immigration and Customs Enforcement Special Agent Victor Avila told Texas Scorecard that the two immigration programs are illegal.
“The CBP One app and CHNV parole program policies by the Biden administration are illegal. Biden and [Department of Homeland Security] Secretary Mayorkas created these deliberate systems to allow millions of illegals into our country,” said Avila. “The illegals will soon find out that these programs have no legal standing and that they are without status.”
