Over the last five years of my advocacy work, I have seen an onslaught of egregious parent and children’s rights violations at the hands of over-reaching government extremists, especially in regards to children with complex health and special needs. The heavy-handed officials and entities have, at times, single-handedly destroyed families and caused significant, life-long trauma.

Interventions are often done without sufficient evidence of imminent danger to the children they claim to protect.

As the parent of a young adult with complex health and special needs, I myself lose sleep worrying my family could be the next victim. That is why I stand with Judge Alex Kim, a Tarrant County hero who has fought to protect the lives and liberties of vulnerable children in Tarrant County.

On February 20 at 12:15 p.m. at the Tarrant County Family Law Courthouse (located at 200 E. Weatherford St., Fort Worth), there will be an open hearing to remove CPS cases from Judge Kim’s Court—a DIRECT retaliation for his work in protecting Tarrant County children and their families. I will be there to stand for Texas families. Will you stand with me?
