State Rep. Hubert Vo (D-Houston) appears to be a slumlord with a fancy title. Now, thanks to Empower Texans, he has a theme song and a video.

The video is available here, and the lyrics are noted below.

Mr. Vo’s Neighborhood (Be A Vo Voter)
By Michael Quinn Sullivan
To the tune of Fred Rogers, “Won’t You be My Neighbor”

It’s a beautiful day in this neighborhood
A beautiful day for slumlord Vo,
Could you be a tenant?
Would you be my voter?

Who cares about those safety codes
I’ll just suppress police reports
Would you be my voter?
Could you be my tenant?

Now don’t go looking at my mansion. Just live in my slums. Or vote for me!

I’ve always wanted to be filthy rich at the poor’s expense
I’ve always wanted to be a slumlord for you

So, let me make the most of your bad situation
I’m a slumlord and I’ve got a reputation
Would you be my tenant,
or could you be my voter?

Won’t you be my voter
Won’t you please, won’t you please
Please won’t you be a Vo voter!
