Sullivan says the very first days of the American experience demonstrated what world history has repeatedly proven ever since: socialism fails, and fails miserably. Bounty is produced by liberty driven by self-governance, not central planning – even if that socialism well intentioned.
It’s hard work, but self-governance is worth it.

Every generation must shrug the vestiges of socialism if we are truly thankful for liberty.
The right of an individual to securely own property is central to Scripture.
