Attorney General Ken Paxton is pushing Child Protective Services to start investigating cases of child abuse that involve transitioning children, tossing the hot potato back to Abbott’s agency, which keeps trying to get out of actually stoping the abuse that’s taking place.

The Supreme Court has allowed the Texas Heartbeat Act to continue being enforced, and the Texas Military Forces are being forced to get vaccinated or be relieved of duty. State Rep. Matt Schaefer has called out Texas for not protecting these citizens, and State Rep. Brian Harrison has continued to push strong policy solutions that would fix this problem. Every day, unvaccinated Texans lose their jobs; meanwhile, Gov. Abbott is refusing to call a fourth special session.

These issues are all discussed and addressed on this week’s podcast.
