As early voting is underway in the statewide March primary election, conservative grassroots group Texas Eagle Forum has released its preferred picks in a variety of important contests.

TEF—a “grassroots organization dedicated to educate and motivate its members to become citizen activists”—endorsed in races including governor, lieutenant governor, state supreme court justice, State Board of Education, state House, and state Senate.

Notably, TEF endorsed both former State Sen. Don Huffines and former Texas GOP Chairman Allen West for the Republican gubernatorial race.

“I’m proud to have the support of Texas Eagle Forum in my campaign to bring courageous leadership to the governor’s office,” said Huffines. “With Texans’ help, we will restore confidence in our elections, stop the invasion at the Texas border, and property taxes will actually go down. Our greatest days are coming.”

“We appreciate the endorsement of Texas Eagle Forum,” said Allen West.

Trayce Bradford, former Texas Eagle Forum president, is the group’s pick for lieutenant governor.

The full list of endorsements can be found here.

Early voting in the primary election began today, February 14, and ends on February 25. Election Day is March 1.
