Texas authorities have arrested three alleged vote harvesters and charged them with multiple counts of voter fraud.

Leonor Rivas Garza, Eva Ann Martinez, and Tomas Ramirez are accused of illegally harvesting votes at assisted living centers in Medina County, west of San Antonio, in the 2018 primary election.

In a press statement, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said his office’s Election Fraud Unit made the arrests after the three turned themselves in to authorities in Bandera County on February 11.

In January, Paxton’s office arrested Bexar County “ballot chaser” Raquel Rodriguez and charged her with multiple election fraud felonies related to the 2020 election after she boasted on hidden camera about her mail-ballot harvesting prowess.

In November, a Limestone County social worker was charged with 134 election fraud felonies after allegedly submitting false voter forms for disabled and mentally incapacitated residents of a state-supported living center ahead of the 2020 election.

The Texas attorney general’s office reports 234 currently active election fraud investigations.
