Gun Owners of America, a gun rights organization with over 1.5 million members across the United States, is holding an event during the upcoming Republican Party of Texas Convention aimed at educating attendees on the “constitutional response to mass shootings.”

The event will feature Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and Sen. Ted Cruz, alongside conservative State Reps. Matt Schaefer (R–Tyler), Briscoe Cain (R–Deer Park), Matt Rinaldi (R–Irving), and Jonathan Stickland (R–Bedford).

Chip Roy, Cruz’s former Chief of Staff and current Republican nominee for the 21st congressional district, will also be joining the discussion, moderated by GOA Chairman Tim Macy.

Those wishing to attend the event, which is scheduled for 1:00 on Friday, June 15, are encouraged to RSVP to jordan.stein@gunowners.org.
