TYLER, Texas—A superstar lineup of conservative leaders energized and excited activists in East Texas to continue winning victories in the Republican primary elections.
Organized by mega-activist JoAnn Fleming and Grassroots America We the People, the Conservative Superstars Primary Kick-off featured speeches from some of the state’s strongest political leaders—US Sen. Ted Cruz (R—TX), Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, and Freedom Caucus Chairman Matt Schaefer (R—Tyler).
“Thank you to the great conservative warriors we have here, Dan Patrick, Bob Hall, Bryan Hughes thank you for leading the fight for school choice,” said Cruz. “Thank you to Matt Schaefer and Cole Hefner for leading the fight in the Texas House.”
“We don’t have to just elect Republicans, we have to elect conservative Republicans so that we can grow the Freedom Caucus, keep the Texas Senate, and continue to push for grassroots victories,” said Patrick.
After the event concluded, Texas Scorecard interviewed both speakers and everyday Texans on Facebook Live.
