Austin McNeil High School graduate Victor Bailey, Jr. begins his junior year on a different roster.

After two seasons at Oregon, the 6-foot-4-inch, 186-pound Bailey transferred to Tennessee and is now a member of the Volunteers men’s basketball program. He is sitting out the entire 2019-2020 campaign per NCAA transfer guidelines.

As a Duck, Bailey was a reliable scorer and an accurate marksman from behind the three-point line. He played more than 50 games during his time in Eugene.

While at McNeil, Bailey earned District 16-5A MVP honors three straight times and was the district’s Newcomer of the Year as a freshman.
