U.S. Senator Ted Cruz of Texas is calling for President Joe Biden’s impeachment, prosecution, and imprisonment due to findings in recently released federal documents, which detail an alleged scandal between Biden and a Ukrainian businessman.

Just months ago, a whistleblower from the Internal Revenue Service brought to light an alleged scandal between current President Joe Biden; his son, Hunter Biden; and Mykofa Zlochevsky, the founder and CEO of Ukrainian natural gas business Burisma Holdings.

Another whistleblower from the IRS seconded the allegations, but the IRS refused to investigate.

“If you read the FD-1023, the FBI report that details the allegations from the confidential human source … if those allegations are true, then Joe Biden, as the sitting vice president, solicited and received a multibillion dollar bribe from a foreign national in exchange for official favors as vice president of the United States,” said Cruz. “If that’s true, he is guilty of bribery and, of course, he should be impeached and removed from office.”

It was later discovered that the Federal Bureau of Investigation was hiding FD-1023, a federal document informing the FBI of the scandal by a confidential human source, referred to as “CHS.”

Last month, Cruz slammed the FBI for refusing to clarify whether or not they had a document alleging the scandal as well as 17 alleged voice recordings laying out the bribery scheme.

Cruz said the FBI was “stonewalling” as a way to protect Biden, and pointed out the FBI has a duty to Americans citizens to reveal whether or not the sitting president was involved in a bribery scandal.

He said if Biden was not involved, it would clear his name; but if he was, Americans deserve to know.

Cruz requested the FBI “provide to this committee—not the House, the Senate Judiciary Committee—the FD-1023 … and the 17 recordings” so the committee could “assess the specific credible evidence of whether Joe Biden personally took a $5 million bribe from a foreign national.”

The FBI refused.

However, the FBI had delivered the document and recordings to the House previously.

Since the FBI refused to release the document, U.S. Rep. James Comer (R–KY), the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, and U.S. Rep. Chuck Grassley (R–IA) “had a copy of it and they essentially said, ‘to hell with it; we’re putting it out.’ And they released it,” said Cruz.

According to Cruz, “after an entire day of conducting hearings with the two IRS whistleblowers,” Comer discussed the document and the scandal with Cruz.

The unclassified FD-1023 is from a telephonic meeting from June 30, 2020—before the last presidential election.

CHS reported the first meeting with Burisma executives in Kyiv, Ukraine, in late 2015 or 2016, during the Obama-Biden administration.

“The purpose of the meeting was to discuss Burisma’s interest in purchasing a U.S.-based oil and gas business, for purposes of merging it with Burisma for purposes of conducting an IPO in the US. Burisma was willing to purchase a US-based entity for $20-30 million,” the report reads.

At this meeting was CHS, CHS’s former business partner Ostapenko, Burisma’s CFO, Vadim Pojarskii, Karina Zlochevsky (the daughter to Burisma’s CEO and founder Mykofa Zlochevsky), her husband (FNU LNU), and one additional redacted name.

“During the meeting, Pojarskii asked CHS whether CHS was aware of Burisma’s Board of Directors. CHS replied ‘no’, and Pojarskii advised the board members included: 1) the former President or Prime Minister of Poland; and, 2) Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden,” the report reads.

According to CHS, “Pojarskii said Burisma hired the former President or Prime Minister of Poland to leverage his contacts in Europe for prospective oil and gas deals, and they hired Hunter Biden to ‘protect us, through his dad, from all kinds or problems.’”

CHS said he was certain Pojarskii provided no further/specific details about the meaning of what was said about Hunter Biden.

When CHS asked Pojarskii why they needed his help with the purchase/merger of a U.S.-based company when “Biden was on their board,” Pojarskii replied, “Hunter Biden was not smart, and they wanted to get additional counsel.”

Two months after the initial meeting between CHS and Pojarskii took place, CHS had a meeting in Austria with Ostapenko and Zlochevsky.

According to CHS, this meeting took place around the time Joe Biden made a public statement about (former) Ukraine Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin being corrupt, and that he should be fired/removed from office.

“CHS told Zlochevsky that due to Shokin’s investigation into Burisma, which was made public at this time, it would have a substantial negative impact on Burisma’s prospective IPO in the United States. Zlochevsky replied something to the effect of, ‘Don’t worry Hunter will take care of all of those Issues through his dad,’” according to the report.

CHS advised Zlochevsky to simply litigate the matter in Ukraine, and pay an attorney $50,000 to clear their name.

Zlochevsky said he and Burisma would likely lose the trial because he could not show that Burisma was innocent.

According to the report, “Zlochevsky also laughed at CHS’s number of $50,000 (not because of the small amount, but because the number contained a ‘5’) and said that ‘it costs (million) to pay one Biden, and 5 (million) to another Biden.’”

At one point, CHS claims Zlochevsky said he was pressured into giving the Biden’s the money.

While the report is now public and several whistleblowers support the claims, Cruz has pointed out “we don’t know if those allegations are true, [as] they are merely allegations.”

However, Cruz made it clear that this needs to be investigated by the House of Representatives.

“The allegations against Joe Biden are damning. If they are true, Joe Biden should be impeached, not for high crimes and misdemeanors, but for bribery. If they are true, he should be removed from office, prosecuted, and jailed for taking millions of dollars of bribes,” Cruz posted on social media.

Cruz said while they are not yet positive if this source is credible, “We’ve been told in the past that this source is someone the FBI had relied on and found credible previously that they had it and they had experience with the source and that he had been reliable.”
