Georgetown High graduate Beau Corrales, a junior wide receiver for the University of North Carolina, recently matched his touchdown total from his freshman year as a Tar Heel.

Corrales caught five passes for 54 yards and a score against Georgia Tech, a 38-22 ACC victory, on Oct. 5 to give him three TDs so far this season. The 6-foot-4-inch, 210-pound receiver snagged three touchdowns in his first season in Chapel Hill.

In three years, Corrales has amassed a line of 576 yards and eight touchdowns, now acting as a trusty target for freshman quarterback Sam Howell.

He was considered one of the top wideouts in the nation by Scout.com while at Georgetown.
