Dallas Jesuit alum Julius Marble solidly contributed to Michigan State’s blowout win over Charleston Southern University on Nov. 21.

Marble, who stands 6-foot-8-inches and weighs 225 pounds, produced nine points in 11 minutes, besting his previous season high of four points against Binghamton earlier in the season. He has appeared in all of the Spartans’ games so far, averaging 3.3 points and one rebound per game.

According to Marble’s athlete bio, head coach Tom Izzo said the true freshman forward “can shoot the three [and] score down low.” Marble was his district’s Defensive Player of the Year at Dallas Jesuit High School.
