A redshirt during his freshman year, senior quarterback Ryan Agnew has delivered on his potential during four years with the San Diego State Aztecs.

The 6-foot, 190-pound native of Southlake, Texas has built a progression of success after being dubbed the offensive scout team player of the year in 2015. As his Aztecs’ team bio states, his 2016 freshman year saw him play in just over half the team’s games, “completing both of his pass attempts for 29 yards and rushing five times for 33 yards.”

The team describes Agnew as an “athletic, mobile quarterback with an accurate arm…. Can throw on the run and in the pocket…. Is listed as the backup quarterback to Christian Chapman heading into the 2018 season.”

At Carroll High School, the No. 3 ranked quarterback distinguished himself with 56 touchdowns over three seasons.
