Taxpayers in the DFW area will have a chance to voice their thoughts and concerns to their legislators about the 83rd Legislative Session soon. Many of the newly elected conservatives in the Metroplex are taking time to hold townhalls before they head to Austin in January.

Rep. Elect Jeff Leach announced today via email that several GOP legislators from the DFW area will be attending a townhall meeting hosted in HD 67. Details are below:

Meeting #1:

When: Tuesday, December 4 @ 7:00 p.m.

Where: Cottonwood Creek Baptist Church in Allen

Additionally, Rep. Elect Giovanni Capriglione will be holding two of his own townhalls soon:

• December 6, Keller Town Hall, 7:00 – 8:00 p.m., 1100 Bear Creek Pkwy, Keller, TX
• December 7, Grapevine City Hall, 7:00 – 8:00 p.m., 200 S. Main St., Grapevine, TX

It’s great to see so many of the conservative legislators from the Metroplex understand the importance of holding these conversations with their constituents.
