Texans are continuing to see a steady stream of illegal aliens charged with sexually abusing children, mirroring a nationwide crime trend.
The X site Illegal Alien Crimes has documented the arrests of thousands of suspects who have immigration detainers or “holds” issued by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement—including dozens of Texas detainees charged with sex crimes against minors.
Detainers are used by ICE to apprehend dangerous deportable noncitizens who have been arrested by another law enforcement agency.
In June 2024, Illegal Alien Crimes found that in Dallas County alone, 14 suspected illegal aliens were arrested for sexually exploiting children in just one month. The trend continued into the fall of 2024, when the site identified more than 30 suspects with immigration holds who were arrested in Texas over a three-month period and charged with sex crimes involving children.
While the number of illegal aliens entering the U.S. and Texas has slowed, reports of illegal aliens charged with sexually assaulting children have not.
Texas Coalition for Kids keeps a running list on X called Groomers Without Borders that documents illegal aliens charged in Texas with sex crimes against children.
So far in 2026, more than 20 have been arrested in Texas, including:

The latest list of Texas’ 10 most-wanted criminal illegal aliens includes eight who are currently wanted for sex crimes against children, including aggravated sexual assault of a child, continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14, indecency with a child by sexual contact, indecent exposure to a minor, online solicitation of a minor, and possession with intent to promote child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Seven of those eight already have criminal histories that include child sex crimes.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security created a “Worst of the Worst” website documenting criminal illegal aliens arrested by ICE for deportation that is searchable by state.
